Imagine embracing the morning chaos, letting go, slowing down and actually enjoying your coffee while it’s still hot! That’s exactly what I did when I visited the beautiful Sammy in her Ulladulla beach shack. As soon as I stepped in, the morning sunlight streaming through the kitchen window took my breath away. It was a gentle nudge to pause, be fully present, soak in the vitamin D, and relish in the simple joy of the unfolding day. Sammy’s two little one’s Oakie and Reef enjoyed their morning breakfast in the kitchen before heading out to the front verandah to play on their skateboards, collect frangapannies and steal sips of mum’s coffee. It was an ordinary yet profoundly beautiful morning, a testament to finding joy in life’s little moments, a reminder that we all sometimes need.
